摘要
目前仍在世界范围传播和流行的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情,给人类带来了极大灾难,产生了重大影响。全球医务工作者奋勇当先,冲锋在前,奋力救治患者,虽收到了一定的成效,但传染率和死亡率仍然居高不下。从全球整个医疗救治和疫情防控情况来看,单打独斗的医疗模式将力不从心。因此,在今后的医疗实践中,在努力加强防控措施和治疗手段研究的同时,急切需要创建整合型的医学研究体系、医疗服务体系、医学教育体系、医学预防体系、医学管理体系和健康服务体系,要用整体整合医学(HIM)理念统领医学发展全局,不断完善和发展HIM,使之成为应对突发公共卫生事件和重大医学难题的重要武器。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic still spreading throughout the world is a horrible disaster that impacts greatly on human beings.In this pandemic,medical staffs all over the world take the lead bravely in fighting the pandemic.They have made every effort to save patients and lots of patients have been saved,but the infection rate and mortality are still high.The current whole situation of disease treatment and pandemic control demonstrates that a single medical mode is not enough to cope with the infectious disease.Therefore,besides the researches on the prevention,control and treatment strategies,it is urgent and necessary to establish and integrate the medical research system,medical service system,medical education system,medical preventive system,medical management system and health service system into the medical practice.Medical overall development should be under the guide of holistic integrative medicine(HIM)ideas.HIM should be further developed and perfected so that it can be an important weapon of handling public health events and solving intractable medical problems.
