摘要
介绍两种管材搅拌摩擦焊机的控制系统,一种是利用S7-300系列PLC和伺服系统构建的控制系统,另一种是采用CNC数控系统和伺服系统组成的控制系统。这两种控制系统用于管材焊接过程中搅拌头(主轴电机)、同步旋转架(旋转电机)、搅拌头进给(进给电机)的精确闭环控制,并按照工艺要求不断对控制参数进行调整与优化,完善各电机轴之间的协调运动控制算法。比较了两种控制系统的优缺点,并着重阐述了第一种控制系统的控制过程。
Elaborated here in the paper are two control systems for the pipe friction stir welding machine,i.e.,the system constructed with the S7-300 series PLC and servo system,and the system composed by the CNC system and the servo system.Both are used in the pipe welding process to fulfill the precise closed-loop control of the stirring head(spindle motor),the synchronous rotating frame(the rotation motor)and the stirring head feeding(the feeding motor),and furthermore to continuously adjust and optimize the control parameters,and improve the algorithm for control of the coordination of the movements among the motor shafts.The separate advantages and disadvantages of each of the said two control systems are compared,and the control process of the first one is elaborated and emphasized.
