摘要
可控冻融技术具有处理效率高、操作温度可控、产品质量好等优点,在热敏性液态生物原液处理中具有较好的应用前景。文中给出了两种可控冻融装置,介绍了其基本结构、工作原理和主要特点,并对可控冻融装置能源效率和需要解决的问题进行了分析。
In use of controllable freeing-thaw technology,there are the advantages of high treating efficiency,controllable temperature in operation and good quality of products.The prospect of this technology in the treatment of heat-sensitive liquid biological concentrate will be good.Two controllable freeing-thaw units were presented in this article.The basic structures,working principle and main characteristics of the units were introduced.The efficiency of the unit in utilization of energy and some problems needed to solve were also analyzed.
