摘要
黄浦江现行深度基准面为黄浦江最低水位,已沿用数十年。本文利用黄浦江沿程10个潮位站近19年来的潮位观测资料,计算各站潮汐特征值,分析其变化情况;分别采用弗拉基米尔法、最低天文潮面法计算各站深度基准面,结合历年最低潮位变化情况确定各站深度基准面,并对最终成果进行合理性分析。研究结果表明:2000年以来,黄浦江各潮位站的年平均海面、年最低潮位总体呈上升趋势,深度基准面有较大幅度抬升,黄浦江下游抬升约10 cm,上游抬升约50 cm。为合理利用水深资源,避免资源浪费,应研究调整现行深度基准面。
The current depth datum of the Huangpu River is the lowest water level,which has been used for decades.Combined with the observed data of 10 tide level stations along the Huangpu River in the past 19 years,the tidal characteristic quantities of each station are acquired and analyzed in this paper.Based on the Vladimir method and lowest astronomic tide level method,and coupling with the variations of the lowest tide level over years,the depth datum of each station could be confirmed.The results indicate that the annual average sea level and yearly lowest tide level of each station along the Huangpu River have demonstrated an increasing trend since 2000.Moreover,the depth datum had a considerable uplift.To be specific,the lower reach of the Huangpu River has uplifted about 10 cm,and its upstream has uplifted nearly 50 cm.Therefore,in order to protect shipping safety and rationally utilize the water depth resources while avoiding resource waste,it is recommend that the current depth datum should be explored and adjusted.
