摘要
采用基于半桥子模块的模块化多电平换流器并联的系统构成测试装置,对大容量海上风电机组进行并网一体化集成测试。详细阐述了大容量一体化测试装置一次设计原理及参数选择,采用电力电子技术模拟低/高电压故障,通过分相V/F控制输出由基准电压、基频电压差值、谐波指令电压三者合成的电压信号,实现输出可调的交流电压幅值、相位和频率。PSCAD/EMTDC仿真计算结果表明,该系统能够满足高/低电压穿越、电压不平衡、频率偏差、谐波输出、电压波动等多项并网适应性一体化的测试试验需求。
A modular multilevel converter(MMC)parallel system based on half-bridge sub-module(HBSM)is applied in order to build the integrated test equipment for large-capacity offshore wind turbine generator.The operation principle of the device and its primary parameter selection method are elaborated in detail.Power electronics technology is adopted to send low/high voltage signals.The voltage signal is synthesized from the reference voltage,the fundamental frequency voltage difference,and the harmonic command voltage,which are given by split-phase V/F control,and consequently the amplitude,phase and frequency of the output AC voltage can be adjusted.PSCAD/EMTDC simulation results show that the system designed can meet the grid-interconnection requirements for both fault ride-through and grid adaptability tests,including high/low voltage ride-through,voltage imbalance,frequency deviation,harmonic output,voltage fluctuation tests for large-capacity offshore wind turbines.
