摘要
为降低11-2、12-1、14-2煤层采空区对8310综采工作面开采安全造成的影响,提出在采面采用均压通风方式,并重点对均压通风风量、风机选择、均压通风设备布置以及安全技术措施等进行研究。研究表明:①8310工作面需风量为2066 m^(3)/min,选用4台FBDNo8.0/2×75局部通风机并联运行可满足要求;②通过明确均压通风设施安装位置、监控设备安装位置以及安全技术措施,可使得均压通风具有更强的操作性;③通过采取均压通风,8310工作面CO、CH4、CO2等均在允许范围内,为8310工作面生产安全创造了良好条件。
In order to reduce the impact of the 11-2,12-1,14-2 coal seam goaf on the mining safety of 8310 fully mechanized mining face,it is proposed to adopt equal pressure ventilation method in the mining face,and focus on the equal pressure ventilation air volume and fan The selection,arrangement of pressure equalization ventilation equipment and safety technical measures have been studied.Research shows that:1)The air demand of the 8310 working face is 2066 m^(3)/min,and 4 FBDNo8.0/2×75 local fans can be operated in parallel to meet the requirements;2)The installation location of pressure equalization ventilation facilities and the installation location of monitoring equipment can be clarified.And safety technical measures can make the pressure equalization ventilation more operability;3)By adopting equal pressure ventilation,the CO,CH4,CO2,etc.of the 8310 working face are all within the allowable range,creating good conditions for the production safety of the 8310 working face.
