摘要
文章以门机车间为例,介绍装配作业线上的信息化监控系统。在原有门机车间装配作业线的基础上,通过导入R3订单信息,扫描装箱号条码获取各门机物料号、AS值、配件型号等生产配方信息,控制作业线生产,进行型号比对,大屏幕实时显示在线门机队列,供装箱人员了解待装箱工件,所有生产信息记录操作时间、报警记录,管理人员可进行各种统计分析,为改善管理提供了基础数据支撑。
This paper takes the door locomotive room as an example to describe the information monitoring system on the assembly line.On the basis of the original assembly line of gantry crane workshop,through importing R3 order information,scanning the packing number barcode to obtain the material number,AS value,accessory model and other production formula information,control the production of the operation line,conduct model comparison,and display the online gantry crane queue on the large screen in real time,so as to let the packing personnel know the parts to be packed,and record the operation time and alarm records of all production information.In addition,managers can carry out various statistical analysis to provide basic data support for improving management.
