摘要
随着我国对职业院校学生职业技能的高度重视和全国各种技能大赛的持续深入开展,现代学徒制人才培养模式受到越来越多的重视。该模式能够帮助学生不断强化自身的实践操作技能,特别是在高职口腔医学技术专业中,现代学徒制人才培养模式更是起到了至关重要的作用。因此,该文首先对推行现代学徒制人才培养模式的重要意义加以明确,其次对口腔医学技术专业现代学徒制人才培养的主要目标展开深入分析,并在此基础上提出高职口腔医学技术专业推行现代学徒制人才培养模式的具体措施。
With out country attaching great importance to the vocational skills of vocational college students,and various national skills competitions continuing to deepen,the training mode based on modern apprenticeship has received more and more attention,which can help students continue to strengthen their own practical operation skills.Especially in the stomatology technology major of higher vocational education,the talent training mode based on modern apprenticeship has played a vital role.Therefore,this paper first clarifies the importance of the training mode;secondly,it conducts an in-depth analysis on the main objectives of the training mode in the stomatology technology major;on this basis,it proposes specific measures for the implementation of the talent training mode based on modern apprenticeship in the stomatology technology major of higher vocational education.
