摘要 目的对人工智能技术在护理领域的应用研究进行分析,从而指导国内相关学科专业研究的开展。方法使用Web of Science核心数据库,对库中有关护理领域人工智能应用的文献进行主题检索,检索时间为1994-2020年,共检索到文献845篇,为了更好地突出文献蕴含的信息,我们对845篇文献进行筛选,取出其中类型为article和review的文献,共795篇,对该795篇文献进行文献计量学分析。结果人工智能技术在护理领域的研究于2010年后逐渐进入高速发展期,“慢病管理”“疾病识别和预防”“护理教学”是该领域的研究中心。“智能家庭护理”是近年来的一个新的研究热点。结论人工智能在护理领域应用的研究尚处于初级阶段,主要用于临床护理工作和护理教学改革等方面。这些国际学术研究的热点和趋势对国内护理科研发展有一定的指导和借鉴价值,为科研资源的合理利用分配提供了必要的根据。 Objective To analyze the application research of artificial intelligence technology in nursing field in the world,so as to guide the development of professional research in related disciplines in China.Methods Using the core database of Web of Science,the literature about the application of artificial intelligence in nursing field was searched by topic from 1994 to 2020.In order to better highlight the information contained in the documents,We screened 845 documents and took out 795 documents with the types of article and review.Results After 2010,the research of artificial intelligence technology in nursing field gradually entered a high-speed development period,and"chronic disease management","complication identification and prevention"and"nursing teaching"were the research centers in this field.Intelligent home care is a new research hot-spot in recent years.Conclusion The research on the application of artificial intelligence in nursing field is still in the primary stage,which is mainly used in clinical application and teaching reform.These international academic research hot-spots and trends have certain guidance and reference value for the development of nursing research in China,and provide necessary basis for the rational utilization and distribution of research resources.
