摘要
目的:研究补钙和体育锻炼刺激对大学生骨密度(BMD)变化的影响。方法:通过超声波骨密度仪跟踪监测在校大学生骨密度Z值的变化,A组为空白组,B组每日额外提供250 mL水牛奶,C组每日额外提供250 mL水牛奶,同时指导该组学生完成隔日40 min慢速跑。结果:C组的骨密度Z值与A组的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),与B组的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:本研究的结果发现喝牛奶和运动结合能够有效增加大学生骨密度。
Purpose:To study the effect of calcium supplementation and physical exercise stimulation on the changes of bone mineral density(BMD)of college students.Method:Track and monitor the changes of the BMD Z value of students by ultrasonic bone densitometer.Students of Group A is the blank group,students of group B provides 250 mL buffalo milk daily and students of group C provides 250 mL buffalo milk daily,while instructing the the students of C group completed a 40 min jog every other day.Results:The BMD Z value of the students of group C was significantly different from that of group A(P<0.05)and the difference from the students of group B was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study found that the combination of drinking milk and exercise can effectively increase the bone density of college students.
