摘要
多重PCR技术是一种将常规PCR扩增体系改进后同时扩增多个目的片段的新型技术。多重PCR凭借高通量、低成本、特异性强的特点,迅速被应用于快速检测领域及科学研究领域。简要概述了多重PCR技术,综述了多重PCR技术在病毒检测、细菌检测、血清学检测的应用,并将其与常规技术进行比较,总结了这些方法的优缺点,为今后多重PCR技术在快速检测中的应用选择提供依据。
Multiplex PCR technology is a new technique to amplify multiple target fragments at the same time after optimizing and improving the amplification system of conventional PCR.Due to its high throughput,low cost and high specificity,multiplex PCR has attracted much attention in the field of rapid detection and scientific research.This article briefly outlines the application of multiplex PCR in virus detection,bacterial detection and serological detection.We compare the advantages and disadvantages between the common methods and multiplex PCR and summarize the application and prospect of multiplex in rapid detection.
