摘要
详细描述了壳聚糖和各种质子型溶剂的特征,阐述了壳聚糖在质子型溶液中的溶解机理,系统地总结了近些年国内外学者对于壳聚糖的质子化溶解的研究进展,特别阐述了无水溶液对壳聚糖的溶解研究。发现经质子化溶解及衍生化的的壳聚糖衍生物在抗菌、生物医药及电化学领域都有巨大的应用前景。
This article describes in detail the characteristics of chitosan and the various protic solvents,expounds the dissolution mechanism of chitosan in the proton solution,and systematically summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the protonated dissolution of chitosan in recent years,especially for the study of the dissolution of chitosan in non-aqueous solution.It is found that the chitosan derivatives which were dissolved and derivatized by the proton solution have great applications in the fields of antibacterial,biomedicine and electrochemistry.
