摘要
以山东省重点生态公益林为研究对象,对重点生态公益林发展过程中在森林质量、管理管护、生态补偿、生态监测等方面存在的问题进行重点剖析。从生态公益林区位细化分类、动态监测、生态监测、重点管护及整体规划、提高重点公益林森林质量、创新生态公益林补偿机制、提高补偿标准等方面进行了对策分析。
This paper analyzed the problems in the development process of key ecological public welfare forest in Shandong Province from forest quality,management and protection,ecological compensation and ecological monitoring,and put forward the countermeasures of location detailed classification,dynamic monitoring,ecological monitoring,key management and overall planning,improvement of forest quality,innovation of compensation mechanism and improvement of compensation standard.
