摘要
面对日趋常态化的疫情防控,如何提升社区应对灾害的韧性是现阶段城市规划的重要议题。基于此,本文从武汉新冠肺炎疫情暴露出的社区建设的不足出发,系统剖析韧性社区理念的产生和基本内涵,继而从体制构建、空间组织和运营管理三方面对日本和美国韧性社区建设的实践进行深入研究,最终结合我国韧性社区的建设现状,提出完善社区应灾组织架构、提升传统社区空间的弹性利用、构建完善的评估运营制度的优化建议,以期为我国韧性社区建设提供借鉴。
In the face of the increasingly regular epidemic prevention and control,how to improve the resilience of communities to respond to disasters is an important issue in urban planning at this stage.Based on this,this article from wuhan COVID-19 exposed the shortcomings of the community construction,the system analyzes the idea of an toughness community and the basic connotation,then from the system construction,spatial organization and operation management in the face of Japan and the United States toughness conduct the thorough research to the practice of community construction,and finally the toughness community construction situation in our country,put forward to improve the community organization structure should be disaster,improve the flexibility of the traditional community space utilization,construct optimization Suggestions to perfect the assessment of the operating system,in order to provide reference for the toughness of community construction in China.
