微孔活性炭的制备及其对CH_(4)/N_(2)吸附性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究将太西无烟煤与灵武煤以质量比为90∶10的比例进行配煤,采用一次成型和二次成型的方式制备微孔活性炭。研究发现:二次成型时,将活化时间控制在50 min时得到的孔隙结构大小均匀,主要分布在1.1~1.3 nm的微孔区域。除此之外,通过对CH_(4)和N_(2)的吸附性能的研究,得出一次成型和二次成型的样品均对CH_(4)表现出很好的吸附效果,从而可以提高CH_(4)与N_(2)分子的分离效率。 The coal blending of Taixi anthracite and Lingwu coal was carried out with a mass ratio of 90∶10,while the microporous activated carbon was prepared by primary and secondary molding.It has been discovered that at the time of secondary molding,when the activation time was controlled at 50 min,the uniform pore structure in size was obtained and mainly distributed in the microporous area of 1.1~1.3 nm.In addition,the adsorption performance of CH_(4) and N_(2) was studied,it was conclued that both the primary and secondary formed samples showed good adsorption effect on CH_(4),could improve the separation efficiency of CH_(4) and N_(2) molecules.
