摘要
本文介绍了目前配套各种造型线的浇注机类型、技术特点、适应性,从多个维度描述了配套高速自动造型线浇注机的选用原则、分析了各种浇注机的运行成本,提出了各种高速造型线配套浇注机的选用建议。结合工程设计和生产实践,对目前浇注机的功能完善提出了一些改进建议,希望能对铸造企业和设备制造企业起到一定的帮助。
This article introduces the types,technical characteristics and adaptability of the current pouring machine supporting various molding lines,describes the selection principles of pouring machines for high-speed automatic molding line from multiple dimensions,analyzes the operating costs of various pouring machines,and puts forward suggestions for the selection of pouring machines for various high-speed molding lines.Combining engineering design and production practice,some improvement suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the functions of the current pouring machine,hoping to help foundry enterprises and equipment manufacturers.
