摘要
目的:探究康复护理在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤护理中的临床应用效果及对平均住院时间影响。方法:将2017年6月-2019年6月期间,在我院接受治疗的92例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者作为观察对象,将患者随机分为2组,按照临床基础性护理流程进行干预的46例患者作为对照组,实施康复护理干预的46例患者作为观察组,对2组患者护理干预效果、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及护理质量满意度进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组患者,焦虑评分、抑郁评分显著低于对照组患者,组间检验存在明显差异(P<0.05);所有患者经过有效的治疗后均全部顺利出院,对照组患者住院时间为(16.48±2.08)天,骨折愈合时间为(70.72±5.34)天,观察组患者住院时间为(11.72±1.46)天,骨折愈合时间为(54.27±4.96)天,组间检验存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察组患者康复护理满意度为93.48%,对照组患者常规护理满意度为78.26%,组间检验存在明显差异(x^(2)=4.829;P=0.028)。结论:康复护理能够加快脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的康复进度,提高患者日常生活水平,改善患者的不良情绪,提升患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries and its effect on the average length of hospital stay.Method:From June 2017 to June 2019,92 patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries who were treated in our hospital as observation objects were randomly divided into 2 groups and 46 patients were treated according to the basic clinical care process.One patient was used as the control group,and 46 patients who received rehabilitation nursing intervention were used as the observation group.The nursing intervention effect,length of stay,fracture healing time and satisfaction of nursing quality were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The motor function score and daily living ability score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the anxiety score and depression score were significantly lower than those of the control group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);all patients received effective treatment All patients were discharged smoothly afterwards.The length of stay in the control group was(16.48±2.08)days,the fracture healing time was(70.72±5.34)days,and the stay time in the observation group was(11.72±1.46)days.4.96d,there was a significant difference between the groups of tests(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.48%,and the satisfaction of patients in the control group was 78.26%.There was a significant difference in the tests between groups(x^(2)=4.829;P=0.028).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing can accelerate the rehabilitation progress of patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries,improve patients daily living standards,improve patients"bad mood,and increase patient satisfaction.
