摘要
为了逐步提高我国种子检验的整体水平和国际地位,促进我国良种走出国门,加速我国种业健康发展,介绍了我国种子质量检验工作发展概况、国际种子检验协会(ISTA)认可国际实验室的权利和作用及ISTA实验室认可过程中应注意的问题及改进措施,其中在ISTA国际实验室认可过程中需要注意的问题包括加强质量体系建设、完善环境条件和硬件设施的配备、加强人员培训、优化检验队伍、加强对检验机构比对检验能力和认可考核等。
In order to gradually improve the overall level and international status of China’s seed testing,promote China’s improved cultivars to go abroad and accelerate the healthy development of China’s seed industry,the development situation of China’s seed quality testing,the rights and functions of international laboratories recognized by the International Seed Testing Association(ISTA),the problems that should be paid attention to and improvement measures in the process of ISTA seed testing laboratory accreditation were introduced.The problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of ISTA laboratory accreditation included strengthening the construction of quality system,improving the environmental conditions and hardware facilities,strengthening personnel training,optimizing the testing team,enhancing the assessment of comparison testing ability and accreditation of testing organization and so on.
