外泌体蛋白质在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 消化系统恶性肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其中胃癌和肠癌的发病率和死亡率较高。外泌体蛋白质是外泌体的重要组成,在肿瘤的生长、转移侵袭和耐药等过程中起关键作用。随着蛋白质组学技术的发展普及,越来越多的外泌体蛋白质的组成和功能相继被揭示,本文以外泌体蛋白质在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的生物学特征、作用机制、诊断和治疗中的价值等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为消化系统恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗、预后情况提供一些新的思路及方法。 Malignant tumors of the digestive system are one of the common malignant tumors,among which gastric cancer and intestinal cancer have higher morbidity and mortality.Exosomal proteins are an important part of exosomes and play a key role in tumor growth,metastasis,invasion and drug resistance.With the development of proteomics technology,the composition and function of more and more exosomal proteins are revealed.This article summarizes the progress of studies on the characteristics,action mechanism of exosomal protein and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system malignancies,to provide some new ideas and methods for the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive system malignancies.
