摘要
采暖通风与空气调节系统(简称HVAC系统),在中国GMP中称为空调净化系统,是制药企业的一个关键系统,它对制药企业能否实现向患者提供安全有效的产品的目标具有重要的影响。如果药品生产环境得到妥善的设计、建造、调试、运转和维护,则有助于确保产品的质量,提高产品的可靠性。基于此,本文探讨了空调净化系统,分析了空调净化系统的组成,研究了空调净化系统日常运行管理,以及空调净化系统维护保养。
Heating ventilation and air conditioning system(HVAC system),it is called air conditioning purification system in Chinese GMP,and it's a key system in pharmaceutical factories.It has an important impact on whether pharmaceutical factories can achieve the goal of providing safe and effective products to patients.If the pharmaceutical production environment is properly designed,constructed,debugged,operated and maintained,it will help to ensure the quality of products and improve the reliability of products.Based on this,this paper discusses the air conditioning purification system,analyzes the composition of the air conditioning purification system,studies the daily operation and management of the air conditioning purification system,as well as the maintenance of the air conditioning purification system.
