Loft层钢混组合结构体系及AAC蒸压加气预制楼板施工技术

摘要 作为近年来逐渐流行的住宅结构,传统的loft复式公寓大多采用现浇或者后加槽钢、工字钢的方式进行loft层的施工。传统施工工艺耗费时间长,施工场地狭小,施工难度大,成本也相应提升。这些问题,使得loft复式公寓的发展受到了诸多限制。本技术在保证质量及安全的前提下,自主创新,以钢结构骨架代替传统水平系梁及部分构造柱,以预制板代替现浇板,极大的降低了施工难度,提升了施工效率,从而降低了施工成本。同时提升了loft层施工工期排布的可穿插性,还为业主后续的个性化改造需求预留了空间。 As a residential structure that has become popular in recent years,traditional loft duplex apartments mostly adopt the method of cast-in-place or post-added channel steel and I-beam for the construction of the loft layer.Traditional construction technology takes a long time,the construction site is narrow,the construction is difficult,and the cost is correspondingly increased.These problems have caused many restrictions on the development of loft duplex apartments.Under the premise of ensuring quality and safety,this technology independently innovates,replaces traditional horizontal tie beams and some structural columns with steel structure skeletons,and replaces cast-in-place slabs with precast slabs,which greatly reduces the difficulty of construction and improves construction efficiency and reduce construction costs.At the same time,the layout of loft floor during construction period can be interspersed,and space is reserved for the owner's subsequent personalized transformation needs.
