摘要
通过重点介绍甘蔗节间伸长的农艺学、细胞学、生理学、基因组学、转录组学等方面的最新研究进展,总结出以下重要论点:一是阐明了甘蔗节间伸长机制,揭示了节间伸长细胞变化规律;发现了影响节间伸长主要内源激素、相关酶和重要基因,为甘蔗分子定向育种和增产增糖协同提高关键技术研发提供科学依据;二是基于甘蔗糖分积累规律开发出了具有增糖作用的复合生物型有机叶面肥,并发现该叶面肥通过促进甘蔗上部和中部节间糖分积累而增糖;三基于节间伸长机理集成创新了“赤霉素+面叶肥”为核心的无人机作业体系,解决了甘蔗产量和糖分协同提高的关键难题,并大面积推广应用。
In this paper,the latest research progress of internode elongation in agronomy,cytology,physiology,genomics and transcriptomics were presented.We summarized the following points:Firstly,the mechanism of internode elongation of sugarcane was clarified and the variation rule of internode elongation cells was revealed.The main endogenous hormones,related enzymes and key genes affecting internode elongation were found,which provided a scientific basis for the research and development of key technologies for sugarcane molecular targeted breeding and cooperative improvement of yield and sugar increase.Secondly,based on the sugar accumulation rule of sugarcane,a compound biological organic foliar fertilizer was developed.And it was found that it could promote sugar accumulation in the lower internodes of sugarcane and then transport sugar upward in advance to achieve the effect of sugar increasing.Thirdly,based on the internode elongation mechanism combined with the screening of different chemical substances,medium and trace elements,endophytic bacteria liquid,etc.,a sugarcane yield and sugar increasing agent based on UAV was invented,which solved the key problem of the cooperative improvement of sugarcane yield and sugar and was popularized and applied widely.
