摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通的迅速发展,城市轨道交通安全运行压力也日趋加大。基于风险评估理论,从人员因素、设备因素、环境因素、管理因素四个方面,确立城市轨道交通运营安全综合评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法,建立城市轨道交通运营安全综合评价模型,并通过典型实例进行综合分析评价,提高评价的可行性和可靠性。这对提高城市轨道交通运营安全总体水平具有十分重要的意义。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the pressure on the safe operation of urban rail transit is also increasing.The index system of comprehensive safety assessment for urban rail transit is established from such four aspects as factor of personnel,factor of equipment facility,factor of equipment and factor of management by the risk assessment theory.A comprehensive assessment model for urban rail transit is raised by use of method of fuzzy mathematics,and a typical example is illustrated to prove the feasibility and reliability of the evaluation.This is of great significance for improving the overall safety level of urban rail transit operations.
