摘要
目的采用数据挖掘方法探索中医药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的药证规律。方法检索从建库到2019年12月31日知网、万方、维普及SinoMed数据库中中医药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的用方,用"中医传承辅助平台V2.5"软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入86篇文献,89个中药处方,其中4种高频描述的证型为脾虚湿盛证、乳食积滞证、脾虚湿困证、脾虚肝郁证,共记载中药112味,常用药物组合共3对,新方组合共6条。
Objective To explore the law of medication and differentiation in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with TCM by data mining method.Methods Prescriptions of TCM concerning treating mesenteric lymphadenitis in children were searched in databases of CNKI,Wanfang,CQVIP and SinoMed,dating from the establishment of the above databases to December 31,2019,and the data was analyzed with the software of "TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform V2.5".Results A total of 86 texts and 89 TCM prescriptions were included in the search result.Among them,four high-frequency syndrome types were spleen deficiency and dampness excess,milk and food stagnation,spleen deficiency and dampness retention,spleen deficiency and liver depression.A total of 112 traditional Chinese medicines were recorded in the prescriptions,including 3 pairs of commonly used drug combinations and 6 new prescription combinations.
