摘要
目的观察降糖宁胶囊联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年12月收治的83例2型糖尿病患者,依据治疗方法不同分为实验组43例、对照组40例,分别予以降糖宁胶囊联合利拉鲁肽治疗、利拉鲁肽治疗。对比两组疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率为95.35%、对照组治疗有效率为77.50%,较之对照组,实验组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血糖水平均显著降低,较之对照组,实验组上述指标水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NO水平显著上升、ET-1水平显著降低,较之对照组,实验组NO水平更高,ET-1水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应为9.30%,对照组为7.50%,两组不良反应发生率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者予以降糖宁胶囊联合利拉鲁肽治疗,能显著降低患者血糖,提升治疗效果,用药较为安全,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Jiangtangning capsule combined with liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Eighty-three patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital from Janaury 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group 43 cases and control group 40 cases according to different treatment methods.They were treated with Jiangtangning capsule combined with liraglutide and liraglutide respectively.Compared the efficaly of the two groups.Results The effective rate was 95.35%in the experimental group and 77.50%in the control group,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups were significantly reduced.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower levels of the above indicators,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO in the two groups increased significantly,and the levels of ET-1 decreased significantly.Compared with the control group,the experimental group has higher NO levels and lower ET-1 levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were 9.30%in the experimental group and 7.50%in the control group,and there was not statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Jiangtangning capsule combined with liraglutide can significantly reduce the patient's blood glucose and improve the therapeutic effect.The medication is safer and worthy of promotion and application.
