摘要
本研究采用水热法一步合成了具有高荧光强度的水溶性硅量子点(SiQDs)。研究发现,SiQDs的荧光信号会经内滤作用被血红素所猝灭,据此建立了一种以水溶性SiQDs作为荧光探针快速检测血红素的新方法。研究发现,当血红素浓度在2.67~200μmol/L之间,SiQDs的荧光信号随着血红素浓度的升高而逐渐下降,且荧光信号改变值和血红素浓度之间呈线性关系,检测限达到0.83μmol/L。
In this study,water-soluble silicon quantum dots(SiQDs)with high fluorescence signal was synthesized by hydrothermal method.It was found that hemin could quench the fluorescence signal of SiQDs.Based on this finding,a new method for rapid determination of hemin was developed by using SiQDs as a fluorescent probe.The fluorescence signal of SiQDs decreased with the increase of hemin concentration.The degree of the quenching was linear with hemin concentration in the range of 2.67-200μmol/L.The detection limit was 0.83μmol/L.
