摘要
为探究低透气性坚硬煤层抑制瓦斯涌出的技术措施,以孟家窑11201综放面为工程背景,探讨了煤层注水抑制瓦斯涌出机理,设计了11201工作面长孔静压注水方案。研究结果表明,在采用长孔静压注水措施后,11201工作面回风巷瓦斯平均浓度降低了40%,涌出不均衡性减弱,基本消除了瓦斯动力灾害,满足了11201工作面安全生产要求。
In order to explore the technical measures to control gas emission in hard coal seam with low permeability,this paper takes Mengjiayao 11201 fully mechanized caving face as the engineering background,and discusses the mechanism of coal seam water injection to inhibit gas emission,and the long hole static pressure water injection scheme of the 11201 working face is designed.The results show that after adopting the long hole static pressure water injection,the average gas concentration in the return air roadway of the 11201 working face is reduced by 40%,and the imbalance of emission is weakened,which basically eliminates the gas dynamic disaster and meets the safety production requirements of 11201 working face.
