里底电站水轮机水力设计关键技术及结构特点 被引量:1

Key technology and structural characteristics of hydraulic design of hydraulic turbine in Lidi Hydropower Station

摘要 为保证里底电站轴流转桨式水轮机稳定范围宽、空蚀磨损低、高效率等性能指标,依据本工程的特点,并借鉴国内外同类型机组的设计经验,对机组关键技术进行了研究并开展了水轮机水力和结构的优化设计。对水轮机运用CFD进行全流道数值模拟并进行结果分析,结合电站机组实际运行效果,论证了里底电站水轮机水力性能优越,综合出力及安全稳定性能优良。 In order to ensure the performance of indexes including wide stability range,low cavitation wear and high efficiency of Kaplan turbine in Lidi Power Station,we studied key technologies of the unit and the hydraulic and carried out structural optimization design of the turbine according to the characteristics of this project and drawing lessons from the design experience of the same type of domestic and foreign units.We carried out the full flow channel numerical simulation of the hydraulic turbine by using CFD and analyzed its results.Combining with the actual operation effect of the power station unit,the hydraulic performance of the turbine in Lidi Power Station is superb,and the comprehensive output and safety and stability performance are excellent.
