碳纳米管对沥青流变性能及沥青烟排放影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 碳纳米管由于表现出的优异的力学、电学等性能,使其在沥青中有极大的应用前景。为此,通过高速剪切法制备碳纳米管改性沥青,并结合针入度、软化点、粘度和动态剪切流变仪测试研究碳纳米管对沥青流变性能的影响。考虑到碳纳米管丰富的孔结构,采用热裂解气相色谱质谱联用技术探究了其对沥青烟排放的抑制效果。试验结果表明,碳纳米管的掺入可以提高沥青的高温流变能力,提升沥青的高温抗车辙能力。PY-GC/MS结果表明碳纳米管可以有效降低沥青烟中烷烃、多环芳烃和烃类衍生物的排放。碳纳米管改性沥青中萘的含量的减少可以降低沥青烟对人体和环境的危害。 Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have great application prospects in bitumen due to its excellent mechanical and electrical properties.Therefore,carbon nanotube modified bitumen was prepared by high-speed shear method in this work.The effects of carbon nanotubes on the rheological properties of bitumen were studied by penetration,softening point,viscosity and dynamic shear rheometer.Considering the large specific surface area and abundant pores of carbon nanotubes,the inhibition effect of carbon nanotubes on bitumen fume emission was investigated by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PY-GC/MS).The results showed that the addition of carbon nanotubes could improve the rheological properties of bitumen and rutting resistance of bitumen at high temperature.PY-GC/MS results showed that carbon nanotubes could effectively reduce the emissions of alkanes,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon derivatives in bitumen fume.The reduction of the content of naphthalene in carbon nanotube modified bitumen fume could reduce the harm of bitumen fume to human body and environment.
