摘要
众所周知,基于现代化生活背景下地震是一种常见且多发的自然灾害;据相关数据调查显示,每一年地球上发生地震的次数五百多万次,平均每天发生地震的次数为上万次。每一次地震的发生不仅会给人们带来身体上的伤害,更会给人们带去内心上的巨大伤痛。在有效预防地震灾害中地震监测信息可视化的应用起着一个十分积极的现实意义。那什么是地震监测信息可视化呢,指的是基于地震速报流程以及其他监测信息产出的关键技术所研究出的一种具有地震速报参数与监测信息可视化等技术加工软件,并在基础上结合相应的技术规程得到了综合地震监测信息数据库的建立,然后通过传统媒体(报纸、广播、电视……)以及新兴媒体(手机、互联网)等信息传播媒介进行权威地震服务信息的发布,以此来实现地震信息产品质量以及综合服务能力的提升。
as we all know,under the background of modern life,earthquake is a common and frequent natural disaster;according to the relevant data survey,the number of earthquakes on the earth every year is about 5 million times,and the average number of earthquakes every day is tens of thousands.Every earthquake will not only bring people physical injury,but also bring people great pain.In the effective prevention of earthquake disasters,the application of earthquake monitoring information visualization plays a very positive practical significance.What is the visualization of earthquake monitoring information?It refers to a kind of processing software with earthquake rapid reporting parameters and monitoring information visualization technology based on the earthquake rapid reporting process and other key technologies of monitoring information output.On this basis,combined with the corresponding technical program,the comprehensive earthquake monitoring information database is established,and then through the traditional media(newspapers,magazines,etc.)Radio,television...)As well as emerging media(mobile phones,Internet)and other information media to release authoritative seismic service information,in order to achieve the improvement of seismic information product quality and comprehensive service ability.
