渗透型液体硬化剂的鉴别方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 国内液体硬化剂的普及程度越来越高,但市场上缺少对液体硬化剂进行有效鉴别的方法。本文介绍了各类液体硬化剂与混凝土的反应机理及利弊,提出了一种新的液体硬化剂的鉴别方法,即:采用pH测试法区分氟硅酸镁与锂基、钠基、钾基液体硬化剂;采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪法检测锂基、钠基、钾基液体硬化剂中各类元素含量。结果表明:pH法与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定法能够有效区分各类液体硬化剂,同时电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法能有效检测出锂基液体硬化剂元素含量、批次稳定性,并为分析混合液的基本组成提供依据。 With the increasing application of liquid hardener in China,the market has gradually recognized the effect of liquid hardener,but at present,there are not many studies on liquid hardener,especially on the identification of hardener.In this paper,the reaction mechanism of various liquid hardeners were described,including the advantages and disadvantages,a new identification method for various liquid hardeners was proposed.A pH value test was used to distinguish the magnesium fluorosilicate from lithium,sodium and potassium based liquid hardeners.The content of various elements can be detected by ICP-OES,which provided a new direction for the identification of liquid hardener.The results showed that the pH value test and ICP-OES method could effectively differentiate various liquid hardeners,and the ICP-OES method could also detect the element content in lithium-based hardener and batch stability,and to provide the basis to analyze the composition of mixed liquid hardeners.
