摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗青光眼视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法:74例按照摸球法分为对照组和实验组各37例。两组均用西药对症治疗,实验组加用消青明目汤治疗。结果:总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),视野平均缺损度实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗青光眼视神经萎缩可提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on glaucoma optic atrophy.Methods:Seventy-four cases were divided into control group and experimental group according to the ball touch method,with 37 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine for symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoqing Mingmu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average visual field defect in the experimental group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of glaucoma optic atrophy.
