摘要
目的观察阿那其根醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用及防突变时间窗的影响。方法通过牛津杯法测定阿那其根醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈和最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用标准琼脂平板稀释法测定最小防耐药浓度(MPC),通过考察阿那其根醇提取物最小抑菌浓度、最小防耐药浓度对培养不同时间的金黄色葡萄球菌的影响,明确阿那其根醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药时间点及防突变时间窗。结果阿那其根醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0.3 g/m L、MPC为0.6 g/mL,阿那其根醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌防突变时间窗为19-22 h。结论阿那其根醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,且对金黄色葡萄球菌有明确的防突变时间窗,为临床应用提供指导。
Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect and the effect anti-mutagenicity time window of anaqigenol extract on Staphylococcus aureus. Methods The bacteriostatic circle and the minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC) of anaqigenol extract were determined by the Oxford Cup method, and the minimum concentration of drug resistance(MPC) was determined by standard agar plate dilution method. The effect of the minimum inhibitory concentration, the minimum anti-resistance concentration of the extract on the cultivation of Staphylococcus aureus at different time, the time point of resistance and mutation prevention time of Anarchinol extract against Staphylococcus aureus were clarified. Results The Anacyclus Pyrethrum extract had good bacteriostatic effect. Its MIC against Staphylococcus aureus was 0.3 g/mL, MPC was 0.6 g/mL, and anti-mutation time window is 19 ~ 22 h. Conclusions Anarchinol extract has good bacteriostatic effects and specific anti-mutation time window on S. aureus. The results can provide a guidance and theoretical basis for clinical practice of Anarchinol extract.
