摘要
教育设施的配置是否均衡是我国当前教育事业发展的核心问题,也是关乎教育公平和社会公正的重要议题。我国现状有关基础教育设施的研究涉及教育、经济、地理、社会、规划等各个领域,该文通过对国内教育设施配置及其学区规划研究的梳理,总结现有研究主要涉及教育设施空间布局影响因素、可达性分析与评价、学区规划研究三个方面。指出现有研究基于案例的实证研究成果较多,但相关研究的时效连续性不足,单个学科研究较深入,但缺乏多学科融合,学区划分重在探讨方法,落地性不强,学校及学区建设缺乏与社区的共建共享,提出今后应该结合教育设施及社区发展趋势,多角度、多学科融合探索教育设空间布局的方法与规律。
The balanced allocation of educational facilities is the core issue of the current development in China,and it is also an important issue related to educational equity and social justice.The current research on basic education facilities in China involves education,economy,geography,society,planning and other fields.In this paper we summarize the existing research on the allocation of educational facilities and the planning of school districts in China,then we summarize the main factors affecting the spatial layout of educational facilities,accessibility analysis and evaluation,and the planning of school districts.We point out that there are many case-based empirical research results in the existing research,but the timeliness and continuity of relevant research are insufficient,and the research of single discipline is deeper,but there is no integration of multiple disciplines,the division of school districts focuses on the exploration methods,the landing is not strong,and the construction of schools and school districts lack the co-construction and sharing with the community.Finally we propose that the methods and rules of spatial distribution of education should be explored in combination with the development trend of education facilities and community in the future.
