摘要
目的分析哮喘缓解期儿童的中医体质分布规律,为哮喘缓解期儿童寻求中医个体化干预方法提供理论依据。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月于大连市儿童医院就诊的212例哮喘缓解期儿童进行中医体质评定,作为缓解期组,并选取同期100例健康儿童进行对照,为健康组。比较两组儿童中医体质类型分布差异。结果哮喘缓解期儿童中医体质具有一定共性,多为偏颇体质,3~6岁哮喘缓解期儿童偏颇质以肺不足、特禀质、胃强脾虚为主,三种分别与健康组儿童比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。7~14岁哮喘缓解期儿童普遍易见的偏颇体质为特禀质、气虚质、气郁质,其中气虚质、气郁质与健康组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而特禀质与健康组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论哮喘缓解期儿童中医体质类型以偏颇质为主,不同年龄阶段偏颇体质类型不同,在临床治疗中,应综合考虑哮喘儿童的中医体质。
Objective To analyze the distribution law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution in asthmatic children in remission stage,for providing a theoretical basis for children with asthma remission seeking individualized intervention methods of TCM.Methods A total of 212 children with asthma in remission stage who visited Dalian Children′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for TCM constitution evaluation as the remission stage group,and 100 healthy children in the same period were selected for comparison as the healthy group.The distribution difference of TCM constitutions was compared between the two groups.Results The TCM constitutions of children in remission stage of asthma had certain commonness,and most of them were biased constitutions,3-6 years old children with asthma in remission stage of bias mainly lung insufficiency,special essential quality,stomach strong spleen deficiency,and the differences were statistically significant compared with healthy children(P<0.05).The common biased constitutions of 7-14 years old children with asthma in remission stage were special intrinsic quality,qi deficiency quality and qi stagnation quality,among which the differences were statistically significant compared with the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The types of TCM constitutions in asthmatic children in remission stage are mainly biased,and the types of biased constitutions are different in different age stages.In the clinical treatment,the TCM constitution of children with asthma should be considered comprehensively.
