摘要
肺经是经络系统中气血运行的起始经脉,其起始穴是气血在体表经脉循行的起点,然而肺经起始穴的临床研究并不多见,这与肺经起始穴的争议不无关系。对于云门、中府何者为肺经起始穴的争论,古已有之,一直延续至今。"穴起中府"之说始于《黄帝内经明堂》,《黄帝内经》认为,手太阴肺经经气从云门穴发出,肺经起始穴应为云门穴。从穴位名称分析,肺气从云门进入经络,汇入中府并在中府聚集,云门应在中府之前,则气血出于云门,止于期门,如环无端,周而复始。从经脉走势角度来看,穴起云门则经脉循行流畅,无须周折。因此,云门穴作为肺经的起始穴更加合理。
The lung meridian is the starting meridian of qi and blood in the meridian system,and its initial point is the origin of qi and blood circulation on the body surface.However,the clinical research on the initial point of the lung meridian is rare,which has something to do with the controversy of the initial point of the lung meridian.There has been a debate about which point is the initial point of lung meridian in Yunmen(LU 2) and Zhongfu(LU 1) since ancient times.The theory that "points start from Zhongfu" began with Mingtang of Huangdi′s Internal Classic.According to Huangdi′s Internal Classic,the qi of lung meridian of hand greater yin comes from Yunmen,so its initial point should be Yunmen.According to the name of points,lung qi enters the lung meridian from Yunmen,converges into Zhongfu and accumulates in Zhongfu.So Yunmen should be in front of Zhongfu,qi and blood flow out of Yunmen and end at Qimen(LV 14).It′s like a ring without any end,going round and round.From the point of view of the trend of the meridian,the meridian flows smoothly from Yunmen without any twists and turns.Therefore,it is more reasonable to think Yunmen point as the initial point of the lung meridian.
