摘要
本文选取2000-2017年东南亚地区9个国家的面板数据,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数构建新的经济增长模型,分析了旅游发展、人力资本、外商直接投资对经济增长的影响。研究发现,旅游发展、人力资本对东南亚国家的经济增长都有较为显著的促进作用,而外商直接投资对经济增长的作用需要考虑投资质量、东道国内部环境等因素。东南亚国家借助已有资源大力发展旅游业、提高人力资本水平、吸引高质量外商直接投资,同时大力改善其内部环境等促进经济增长的举措对中国具有借鉴意义。
Based on the panel data of 9 countries in Southeast Asia from 2000 to 2017,this paper analyzed the impact of tourism development,human capital and foreign direct investment on their economic growth by using the Cobb-Douglas production function to construct a new economic growth model.The results show that tourism development and human capital play a significantly boosting role in the economic growth in Southeast Asia,while the role of foreign direct investment in the economic growth needs to consider the factors such as investment quality,the internal environment of the host countries and so on.The measures taken by Southeast Asian countries to develop tourism,improve human capital levels,and attract high-quality foreign direct investment to promote economic growth through existing resources are of reference to China.
