摘要
某重水核电厂二回路取样系统主要是用来监测凝汽器传热管和蒸汽发生器传热管的完整性,由于钠离子在小孔内或缝隙处发生浓集会对传热管造成腐蚀,当发生凝汽器钛管泄漏时,必须迅速判断并隔离发生钛管泄漏的凝汽器水室,故钠表准确性对机组安全运行具有重要意义。通过对钠表的原理进行介绍,结合钠表在重水堆核电厂的应用情况,提出预防性维修和输出的优化内容,通过对钠表制定合理的预防性维护策略,可以提升设备测量的准确性和可靠性,延长使用寿命,提高机组运行的经济性,以此给同类型电厂的设备维护提供参考经验。
The secondary loop sampling system of a heavy water nuclear power plant is mainly used to monitor the integrity of condenser heat transfer tubes and steam generator heat transfer tubes.Due to the concentration of sodium ions in small holes or gaps,the heat transfer tubes will be corroded.In case of leakage of titanium tubes in condenser,it is necessary to quickly judge and isolate the condenser water chamber with titanium tube leakage,so the accuracy of sodium meter is very important for the safe operation of the unit Make sense.This paper introduces the principle of sodium meter,combined with the application of sodium meter in heavy water reactor nuclear power plant,puts forward the optimization content of preventive maintenance and output.By formulating reasonable preventive maintenance strategy for sodium meter,the accuracy and reliability of equipment measurement can be improved,the service life can be extended,and the economy of unit operation can be improved,so as to provide equipment maintenance for the same type of power plant Reference experience.
