摘要 鞘氨醇激酶2(Sphk2)是维持细胞内鞘脂平衡的关键限速酶与细胞内信号转导酶,参与调节细胞凋亡、炎症与代谢等多种生理功能,其表达或活性的上调与下调,与脑缺血性疾病、阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病等的发生发展密切相关。本文主要综述近年Sphk2与脑缺血性疾病和神经退行性疾病的研究进展,以期为脑缺血性疾病和神经退行性疾病的预防和治疗提供参考。 Sphingosine kinase 2(Sphk2)is a key rate-limiting enzyme and intracellular signal transduction enzyme that maintains the balance of intracellular sphingolipids,and is involved in regulating various physiological functions such as apoptosis,inflammation and metabolism.The up-regulation and down-regulation of its expression or activity is closely related to the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemic diseases,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,etc.This article mainly reviews the research progress of Sphk2 and cerebral ischemic diseases and neurodegenerative diseases in recent years,in order to provide references for the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases and neurodegenerative diseases.
