摘要
中国地大物博,中药材资源丰富,临床上使用的中药饮片品种繁多,有很多中药饮片品种名字相近或性状相似,但功效却相差甚远,加上一些地方习用品种,调配时若不加以区分,容易发生混淆,造成用药错误,对患者的健康造成影响。因此,有必要对易混淆的中药饮片进行鉴别。本文对知母与玉竹,海金沙与蒲黄,鸡血藤与大血藤的性状鉴别要点、功效以及临床应用进行比较,以便中药调剂验收人员快速准确区分,易混淆中药饮片,保证临床用药安全,给患者提供高效优质的药学服务。
Objective To compare the rapid identification and clinical application of common and easily confused traditional Chinese medicinein TCM dosage.Methods through the identification of characters and clinical application of efficacy,rapid identification and comparison of three groups of TCM,namely anemarrhena,yuzhu,haijinsha,pu huang,caulis spatholobi and bigblood spatholobi.Results through the identification and clinical application comparison of these groups of easily confusable Chinese medicines,the Chinese medicine dispensing and acceptance personnel can distinguish these several kinds of decoction pieces quickly.Conclusion To master the method of rapid identification of yinpian,improve the identification technology of yinpian,and be familiar with the clinical application of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better provide high-quality and efficient pharmaceutical care for the majority of patients,so as not to affect the treatment effect and delay the treatment time.
