摘要
目的了解珠海地区近五年来无偿献血者HIV感染状况,为献血者宣传和招募策略的调整提供依据,为HIV防控工作提供参考依据。方法对珠海地区2015年1月—2019年12月的145109例无偿献血者中HIV感染情况进行统计分析。分析人群分布特征、年龄分布特征及传播途径与来源流行特征及变化趋势。结果2015—2019年珠海市共计有145109人份无偿献血者,其中有135人为HIV酶免结果反应性或是不确定性。将这135人份标本送至珠海市疾控预防中心HIV实验室检测后仍有41人份结果为反应性,其余94份为无反应性。感染人群主要集中在18~40岁,大专及以上学历的阳性构成比为41.46%。在这41份确诊阳性感染者中,大学生、农民工及服务行业人员感染率较高,共计占总感染人数的58.54%,初次献血的阳性构成比为80.49%。结论珠海地区无偿献血者人群中HIV感染率相对较高,以40岁以下青年为主,初次献血者在HIV感染人群中占比较高,在今后的献血宣传及招募中应加强对这类人群的重视。
Objective To understand the HIV infection situation of unpaid blood donors in Zhuhai in the past five years and provide a basis for the adjustment of blood donation publicity and recruitment strategies and a reference for HIV prevention and control.Methods A statistical analysis was carried out on the HIV infection situation of 145109 unpaid blood donors in Zhuhai from January 2015 to December 2019 to analyze the distribution characteristics of population,age,the epidemiological features of transmission route and source and the variation trend.Results There were totally 145109 unpaid blood donors in Zhuhai from 2015 to 2019,and the enzyme immunoassay results of 135 of them were reactive or uncertain.After the specimens of these 135 persons were tested in the HIV laboratory of Zhuhai Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the results of 41 persons were still reactive,while those of the remaining 94 were non-reactive.The population was mainly between 18 and 40 years old,and the positive composition ratio of persons with college degree or above was 41.46%.Among the 41 confirmed positive infected persons,The infection rate of college students,migrant workers and service workers was high,accounting for 58.54%of the total number of infected people.The positive rate of first-time blood donors was relatively high,accounting for 80.49%.Conclusion The HIV infection rate among the unpaid blood donors in Zhuhai is relatively high,mainly young people under 40 years old.The first-time blood donors account for a high proportion in the HIV infected people.Therefore,more attention should be paid to this group in the blood donation publicity and recruitment in the future.
