摘要
绣球菌采收后形成大量废菌料被随意丢弃造成巨大的资源浪费,为了充分利用绣球菌废菌料,本文研究绣球菌废菌料二次循环生产的栽培配方。将绣球菌废菌料按不同的比例添加进栽培基质中,以菌丝长势、产量和生物学效率为指标,探索最佳的栽培配方。结果表明:添加废菌料20%~40%的配方组菌丝对比对照组(不添加废菌料)较为旺盛粗壮,生长周期也较快;添加废菌料30%的配方组生物学效率为最高(45.3%),产量也最高,与其他配方组和对照组差异达极显著水平。利用绣球菌废菌料替代部分松木屑栽培绣球菌是完全可行的,既使废料得到了利用,又降低了生产成本,可谓一举两得。
Spent mushroom substrate is discarded and resulted in great resource waste after Sparassis crispa is harvested.To take full use of spent mushroom substrate from Sparassis crispa,cultivation formula for the secondary recycling production was studied.Different ratios of spent mushroom substrate were added into cultivation substrate to screen the best cultivation formula with mycelium growth vigor,yield and biological efficiency as evaluation index.The results showed that mycelium was vigorous and strong and growth cycle was short when 20%-40% spent mushroom substrate were added into cultivation substrate.Yield and biological efficiency(45.3%) of Sparassis crispa were highest significantly when 30% spent mushroom substrate were added into cultivation substrate.Spent mushroom substrate from Sparassis crispa substituting substrate of pine sawdust is available for cultivation of Sparassis crispa.It has two benefits:taking full use of spent mushroom substrate and reducing production cost.
