摘要
目的探讨我国药事管理国际化人才的培养路径。方法文献分析结合问卷调研,对药事管理人才的培养现状和存在的问题进行剖析,并结合当下药事管理国际化人才的实际需求,提出药事管理国际化人才的培养路径。结果我国药事管理学科经历了近80多年的发展,形成了相对规范、成熟的课堂教学体系和培养模式。然而,随着人才流动的国际化、监管政策的国际化和高等教育的国际化,药事管理人才培养呈现明显的国际化要求趋势。但是现有的药事管理专业在课程设置、实践课程设置和人才培养上都和国际化人才培养方向不符。结论应该从树立国际化人才培养目标、拓展课程的深度和国际化、增强实践能力培养和增进国际交流方面构建药事管理人才培养路径。
Objective To discuss the internationalized personnel training ways of pharmaceutical administration in China.Methods Using the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire combining with the current situation,problems of the cultivation of pharmaceutical management talents were analyzed,and the training ways were put forward.Results After nearly 80 years of development,the discipline of Pharmaceutical Administration in China has formed a relatively standardized and mature teaching system and training mode.However,with the internationalization of talent flow,supervision policy and higher education,there is an obvious trend of internationalization in the training of pharmaceutical Administration talents.But,the current pharmaceutical administration major does not accord with the international talent training direction in terms of curriculum,practical curriculum,and personnel training.Conclusions The training ways of pharmaceutical administration talents should be constructed from the following aspects:setting up the goal of international talents training;expanding the depth and internationalization of the courses,improving the practical ability and enhancing the international communication.
