摘要
针对当前电力企业已领未用物资缺乏管理手段,容易形成管理风险的业务现状,文中通过引导树立大物资管理理念,充分挖掘物资协同驱动、管控规范功能,多措并举,有效跟踪和追溯物资领用信息、状态,全面反馈物资质量、服务问题,严控物资损失和资金风险。
Aiming at the current business situation that power companies have received unused materials are easy to form management risks because of lacking management methods,this article guides and establishes the concept of large materials management,fully excavates the functions of material collaboration drive,management and control,and takes multiple measures to effectively track and trace material requisition information and status,comprehensive feedback of material quality and service issues,and strict control of material loss and capital risks.
