摘要
目的:比较奥氮平与利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:选取100例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用奥氮平治疗,比较两组疗效、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、认知功能[威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、持续性操作测验(CPT)、成人韦氏智能量表(WAIS)]和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗24周后,观察组PANSS评分、WCST持续性错误数评分均显著低于对照组,WCST完成分类数、CPT正确反应数、WAIS数字广度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的效果优于利培酮,能改善患者临床症状和认知功能,不良反应少。
Objective:To compare effects of Olanzapine and Risperidone in treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia with mainly negative symptoms were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Risperidone,while the observation group was treated with Olanzapine.The clinical efficacy,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score,cognitive function[Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST),continuous performance test(CPT),Wechsler adult intelligence scale(WAIS)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 weeks after the treatment,the PANSS score and WCST persistent error score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the number of completed classifications of WCST,the number of correct CPT responses,and the WAIS digital span score were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Olanzapine is superior to Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.It can improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function with fewer adverse reactions.
