Treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by electrochemical oxidation with BDD electrode

摘要 以BDD电极对印染废水进行电化学氧化处理,考察处理时间、印染废水初始pH、电极材料、印染废水稀释倍数、电解质Na_2SO_4浓度和电流密度对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:BDD电化学氧化对印染废水具有较好的处理效果,在不调节pH、稀释1倍、电解质浓度0.4 mol/L、电流密度50 mA/cm~2的情况下,90 min时COD去除率达到89.7%。 BDD electrode was used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater by electrochemical oxidation.The effects of treatment time,initial pH of printing and dyeing wastewater,electrode material,dilution ratio of printing and dyeing wastewater,concentration of electrolyte Na2SO4 and current density on COD removal rate were investigated.The result showed that BDD electrochemical advanced oxidation had good treatment effi⁃ciencies on dyeing wastewater.Under the conditions of no adjustment of pH,double dilution,electrolyte con⁃centration 0.4 mol/L and current density 50 mA/cm2,the COD removal rate reached 89.7%after 90 min.
