摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定对肺癌根治术老年患者的肺脏保护作用及对炎症和应激反应的影响。方法将60例肺癌根治术老年患者按麻醉方式分为对照组和观察组,分别给予生理盐水注射和右美托咪定注射,比较2组患者肺功能状况、炎症指标、应激反应状况等。结果t0时,2组炎症反应、肺脏保护指标、应激反应指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);t1时、t2时,观察组炎症反应指标(TNF-α、IL-10、IL-1β)、肺脏保护指标(XOD、MPO、MDA)、应激反应指标(肾上腺素、AngⅡ、ALD、CORT)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定用于老年肺癌根治术中,对患者肺功能有保护作用,可降低应激反应、炎症反应,有利于患者的术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on lung protection and inflammation and stress response in elderly patients with radical lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with radical lung cancer treated was divided into the control group and the observation group according to their anesthesia,30 cases in each group.The patients were treated with saline injection and dexmedetomidine injection,and the lung function status,inflammation index and stress response status of the two groups were compared.Results At t0,the inflammatory response,lung protection index and stress response index were compared between the 2 groups(P>0.05).At t1 and t2,the inflammatory response indicators(TNF-α,IL-10,IL-1β)were observed.The levels of lung protection index(XOD,MPO,MDA)and stress response indicators(epinephrine,AngII,ALD,CORT)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine is used in the treatment of elderly patients with lung cancer.It has protective effects on lung function,which can reduce stress response and inflammatory response,and is beneficial to postoperative recovery.
