摘要
目的分析强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验检出率的影响。方法选择2017年6月~2019年6月于鞍山市中心医院接受免疫检验的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规的免疫检验质量管理,试验组则采用强化的免疫检验质量管理。对检验的乙肝四项检出率和平均变异指数进行比较分析。结果试验组患者乙肝四项中的乙肝表面抗原(HbsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(HbsAb)、乙肝E抗原(HbeAg)和乙肝病毒核心抗体(HbcAb)检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的甲状腺功能、甲胎蛋白、肿瘤标志物低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化免疫检验质量管理可以提高对患者疾病的诊断准确性,临床应为在免疫检验中积极推行强化免疫检验质量管理。
Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the quality management of immunoassays on the detection rate of clinical immunoassays.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent immune inspection in Anshan Central Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the test group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopts routine immune inspection quality management,while the test group adopts enhanced immune inspection quality management.The four detection rates of hepatitis B and the average variation index were compared and analyzed.Results The detection rates of hepatitis B surfaco antigen(HbsAg),hepatitis B surface antibody(HbsAb),hepatitis B eantigen(HbeAg)and hepatitis B virus coreantibady(HbcAb)in the four items of hepatitis B in the test group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thyroid function,alpha-fetoprotein,and tumor markers in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality management of immunoassays can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of patients′diseases.The clinical practice should be to actively promote the quality management of enhanced immunoassays in immunoassays.
