摘要
对锦/棉混纺交织物的一浴法染色工艺进行优化。与传统工艺进行比较,对染料用量、水电气用量、污水产生量、助剂用量和染色时间等进行成本核算。结果表明,筛选的活性/酸性染料一浴短流程染色工艺能够节约成本,提高效率,染色效果显著,各项色牢度优良。
The one-bath dyeing process of nylon/cotton blended fabrics was optimized.Compared with the traditional processes,the cost was calculated from the amount of dye,the amount of water,electricity and steam,the amount of sewage generated,the amount of auxiliaries and the dyeing time.The results showed that the dyeing process with one-bath of active/acid dye could save cost and improve efficiency,the dyeing effect was remarkable and the color fastness was excellent.
