摘要
肠道和肝脏在解剖学和生理学上是相互连接的,并且这种“肠-肝轴”对肝脏病理学产生各种影响。随着对该轴研究的进一步深入,通过改善肠道菌群已成为预防性治疗肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的一个新前沿。肠道渗漏和营养不良通过多种机制促进肝病的进展和HCC的发展,探讨肠道菌群与HCC之间的关系,将有助于深入了解肠道菌群在HCC的发生发展及治疗中的作用,通过饮食、益生菌、抗生素、粪菌移植等方法来操纵肠道菌群以促进“健康”细菌的生长来改变甚至逆转HCC的进展,为预防HCC提供新的思路和治疗靶点。
The gut and liver are anatomically and physiologically connected,and this“gut-liver axis”exerts various effects on liver pathology.With further research on this axis,improving the gut microbiota has become a new frontier in the preventive treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Leaky gut and bacterial dysbiosis promote the development of liver disease and the development of HCC through a variety of mechanisms.Exploring the relationship between gut microbiota and HCC will help indepth understanding of the occurrence and development of gut microbiota in HCC,and the role of treatment.Through diet,probiotics,antibiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)and other methods to manipulate the gut microbiota to promote the growth of“healthy”bacteria to change or even reverse the progress of HCC,provide new ideas for the prevention of HCC and treatment target.
